At Bormioli Rocco, we stand behind the quality of our Italian glassware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the specific glassware items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items using the original protective inserts to prevent breakage during transit, as fragile items must arrive intact for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
